I got up at 6.10 am on a Monday morning and couldn’t get back to sleep. Living next to a park, I decided that a solitary walk in nature will help break the monotony of work from home. Being at home daily facing computers and laptops, I guess I needed a digital detox. After more than 7500 steps, glad to say the smell of crisp fresh flowers in the woods and looking at the river is therapeutic. Ended the morning with fresh cookies and cream protein shake. Good start to a challenging week ahead.
